摘 要:为了研究超高性能混凝土(UHPC)钢-混结合段在混合梁斜拉桥中应用的可行性,采用1∶1节段模型进行了试验,研究了UHPC的工作性、力学性能和收缩性能,并对UHPC钢-混结合段的浇筑质量进行了检测。结果表明:UHPC的工作性、力学性能和收缩性能均满足工程相关要求;除了人为设置的脱空区域外,其他区域的UHPC与钢板之间结合紧密,且UHPC的表观质量良好。
Abstract: In order to study the feasibility of applying Ultra-High Performance Concrete (UHPC) steel-concrete joint section in hybrid girder cable-stayed bridge, a 1:1 segment model was used for experiments, and the workability, mechanical properties, and shrinkage performance of UHPC were studied, and the pouring quality of UHPC steel-concrete joint section was tested. The results show that the workability, mechanical properties, and shrinkage performance of UHPC meet the relevant engineering requirements. Except for the manmade void areas, the UHPC in other areas is tightly bonded to the steel plate, and the apparent quality of the UHPC is good.
