摘 要:针对中南地区地下水对地铁混凝土耐久性的不利影响,从湖南地区常用水泥水化放热情况、养护制度及纳米SiO2使用情况等方面出发,系统性地研究了关键因素对长沙地铁4、5号线C50P12管片混凝土耐久性能的影响。结果表明,该区域不同水泥水化热情况差异较大。随着水化热的增加,混凝土收缩、电通量、碳化深度随之增加,抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能降低;随着养护温度的升高,混凝土电通量、碳化深度也随之增加,抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能降低;增加静停时间和使用纳米SiO2将有利于地铁管片混凝土后期强度和耐久性。
Abstract: According to the abundant underground water in south of China, which makes a great bad effect on the durability of concrete segment, the effects of cement hydration heat release, curing method and using of nanometer SiO2 on C50P12 segment concrete of Changsha Metro Line 4,5 are systematically studied. The results show that the different cement has different hydration heat release, as the hydration heat release increases, the constriction, electric flux and carbonation depth of the concrete increase, the sulfate attack resistance decreases. The rise of curing temperature causes the increasing of the concrete electric flux and carbonation depth. The increasing of static stop time and the use of nanometer SiO2 are beneficial to the strength and durability properties of the concrete segment.
