摘要:随着装配式建筑的发展,迫切需要发展高品质结构保温装饰一体化预制构件。本文介绍了两种典型的高品质结构保温装饰一体化预制构件:瓷板饰面和装饰造型清水混凝土饰面,并阐述了结构保温装饰一体化预制混凝土墙板的质量控制技术和工程应用情况。
Abstract:With the development of prefabricated buildings, it is urgent to develop high quality structural insulation and decoration integrated precast components. The quality control technology and engineering application of two typical high quality structural insulation and decoration integrated precast concrete wall panels including: porcelain plate facing and decorative modeling plain concrete facing are introduced, and the structure insulation and decoration integrated precast concrete wallboard are described.

摘要:提出了一种轻质装配式叠合楼板,由压型钢板、带桁架钢筋轻质陶粒混凝土预制层及普通混凝土现浇层三部分组成,在拼接处增设构造钢筋并用栓钉将楼板与钢梁焊接。分析了各级加载下试件在拼接处的抗弯承载力、挠度以及裂缝等力学性能指标。结果表明,拼接处的构造措施能有效提高叠合楼板的承载力和变形能力;与普通叠合楼板相比,该种楼板具有自重低、承载力高、延性好及施工效率高等特点,具有广阔的应用前景。
Abstract:A lightweight prefabricated composite slab was proposed, which was made up with a profiled steel sheet, a ceramsite concrete preformed layer and a cast-in-place layer, adding structural steel bars at joints and welding the slabs to steel beams with bolts. The mechanical properties of the flexural capacity, deflection and cracks at the joints of the specimens under various loading levels were analyzed. The results show that the structural measures at the joints can effectively improve the bearing capacity and deformation capacity of the composite floor. Compared with the common composite slabs, this kind of slab has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, good ductility and high construction efficiency, and has broad application prospects.

摘  要:以某在建高层混凝土结构为背景,考虑分析工况、施工工况、时间等因素的影响,采用SAP2000对由收缩和徐变产生的竖向变形和内力变化进行了分析。结果表明,徐变和竖向荷载是导致竖向变形的主要原因,而收缩是导致竖向变形的次要原因;对于框架核心筒结构,框架与核心筒的变形差随时间的变化逐渐变小并趋于稳定,由变形产生的构件内力逐渐减小;施工完成后结构已经完成了大部分的变形,同时施工完成后变形随时间变化的速率逐渐变缓;由收缩与徐变结构产生的竖向变形和内力变化不会对该高层建筑结构的使用和安全产生明显影响。 Abstract: Ahigh-riseconcretestructureunderconstructionwastakenasthebackground,consideringtheinfluenceoffactorssuchasworkingconditions,constructionconditionsandtime,andtheverticaldeformationandinternalforcechangescausedbyshrinkageandcreepwereanalyzedbySAP2000.Theresultsshowthatthecreepandverticalloadarethemaincausesofverticaldeformation,andshrinkageisthesecondarycauseofverticaldeformation.Fortheframecoretubestructure,thedeformationdifferencebetweentheframeandthecoretubegraduallydecreasesandtendstobestable,andtheinternalforceproducedbythedeformation graduallydecreases.Afterconstruction,thestructurehascompletedmostofthedeformation,andtherateofdeformationgraduallyslowsdownafterconstruction.Verticaldeformationandinternalforceproducedbyshrinkageandcreepstructurecannothaveasignificantimpactontheuseandsafetyofthehigh-risebuildingstructure.

摘  要:通过正交试验研究了粉煤灰掺量、再生细骨料替代率、钢纤维掺量、聚丙烯纤维掺量对再生砂浆的抗压、抗折强度及抗冻性的影响。结果表明,随着钢纤维掺量的增加,抗压、抗折强度明显增大,对砂浆的抗冻性影响不大;聚丙烯纤维对砂浆的强度及抗冻性无显著影响,但可以改变砂浆的脆性;随着再生细骨料替代率的增加,强度及抗冻性均显著增强;随着粉煤灰掺量的增加,砂浆强度及抗冻性明显降低。经过数据拟合,再生砂浆的抗压强度相比抗折强度与抗冻性具有更好的相关性。采用正交分析法得出不掺粉煤灰、再生细骨料替代率为45%,钢纤维掺量为1.5%,聚丙烯纤维掺量为0.1%时,再生砂浆性能最优。在此基础上,通过质量分数为1%、2%、3%、4%的HCl对骨料进行改性处理,结果显示,2%质量分数的HCl改性效果最好。 Abstract: Theeffectsofflyashcontent,recycledfineaggregatereplacementrate,steelfibercontentandpolypropylenefibercontentonthecompressivestrength,flexuralstrengthandfrostresistanceoftherecycledmortarwerestudiedbyorthogonaltest.Theresultsshowthatwiththeincreaseofthesteelfibercontent,thecompressiveandflexuralstrengthofmortarincreasesignificantly,butthereislittleeffectonthefrostresistanceofmortar.Polypropylenefiberhasnosignificanteffectonthestrengthandfrostresistanceofthemortar,butitcanchangethebrittlenessofthemortar.Withtheincreaseofthereplacementrateofrecycledfineaggregate,thestrengthandfrostresistanceofmortararesignificantlyenhanced.Withtheincreaseofflyashcontent,thestrengthandfrostresistanceofthemortardecreasedsignificantly.Afterdatafitting,thecompressivestrengthofrecycledmortarhasabettercorrelationwithfrostresistancethantheflexuralstrength.Theorthogonalityanalysismethodwasusedtogetthebestperformanceconditionofrecycledmortar,withoutflyash,thereplacementrateofrecycledfineaggregateis45%,thesteelfibercontentis1.5%,andthepolypropylenefibercontentis0.1%.Onthisbasis,theaggregatesweremodifiedwithhydrochloricacidof1%,2%,3%and4%respectively,andtheresultsshowthatthehydrochloricacidof2%hasthebestmodificationeffect.

摘  要:为了制备性能良好的透明轻骨料混凝土,通过试验研究了不同光纤掺量时轻骨料混凝土的透光性能、抗冻性和抗渗性。结果表明,以卤钨灯和白炽灯为光源时,透明轻骨料混凝土均能透过可见光与红外光,随着光纤掺量的增多,透光率以线性规律增长,白炽灯照射时的透光率大于卤钨灯;透明轻骨料混凝土的抗冻性和抗渗性均随光纤掺量的增多逐渐降低,通过在光纤表面涂覆环氧树脂,能明显提高透明轻骨料混凝土的抗渗性;综合考虑,透明轻骨料混凝土中光纤体积比应小于4%。Abstract:Inordertopreparetransparentlightaggregateconcretewithgoodperformance,thelightpermeability,frostresistanceandpermeabilityresistanceofconcretewithdifferentfibercontentwerestudied.Theresultsshowthatwhenusinghalogentungstenlampsandincandescentlampsaslightsources,transparentlightaggregateconcretecanpassthroughvisibleandinfraredlight.Withtheincreaseoffibercontent,thelightpermeabilityincreaseslinearly.Thelightpermeabilityofincandescentlampsisgreaterthanthatofhalogentungstenlamps.Thefrostresistanceandpermeabilityresistanceoftransparentlightweightaggregateconcretearereducedgraduallywiththeincreaseoffibercontent.Bycoatingepoxyresinonthesurfaceofopticalfiber,thepermeabilityoftransparentlightweightaggregateconcretecanbesignificantlyimproved.Consideringcomprehensively,thevolumeratiooffiberintransparentlightweightaggregateconcreteshouldbelessthan4%.
