摘 要:研究了长度为6mm、9mm、12mm、15mm和18mm的聚甲醛(POM)纤维对砂浆试块扩展度、力学性能的影响,对比了聚甲醛(POM)纤维、聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维、聚丙烯(PP)纤维对砂浆试块扩展度、力学性能、抗冻性等性能的影响。结果表明,POM纤维的加入能够有效降低砂浆的流动性,加入POM纤维的砂浆试块相对于加入其他纤维的砂浆试块具有更好的韧性和抗冻性。
Abstract:The extended degree, frost resistance and mechanical properties of a series length of 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, 15mm and 18mm polyoxymethylene(POM)/mortar are studied. The effect of Polyoxymethylene (POM) fiber,polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) fiber, polypropylene (PP) fiber on the extended degree, frost resistance and mechanical properties of the mortar test block are compared. The results show that the fluid ability of mortar decrease with the adding of POM fiber, and the test block added POM fiber has better toughness and frost resistance than other fibers.
