摘 要:使用DYS-2500高温高压岩石三轴试验机对含面层再生混凝土圆柱体进行了单轴压、常规三轴压缩试验研究。试验结果表明,含面层再生混凝土在单轴压和三轴压缩下试验破坏形态有所差别;在围压作用下含面层再生混凝土应力-应变关系曲线发展趋势平缓丰满,没有明显的峰值点;围压有助于提高含面层再生混凝土的峰值应变和峰值应力;15MPa围压时的峰值应力约为单轴压下峰值应力4.4~4.7倍,取代率对峰值应力的影响甚微;围压15MPa时的峰值应变比围压0时的峰值应变增加了7%~13%;取代率对再生混凝土的峰值应变有一定影响,大体呈递减趋势,但不明显。
Abstract: The regenerative concrete cylinder surface uniaxial and conventional triaxial compression test research was carried out by using DYS-2500 high temperature and high pressure rock triaxial testing machine, the test results show that including surface recycled concrete under uniaxial compression and triaxial compression test failure pattern is different. The stress-strain curve under the effect of confining pressure containing recycled concrete surface and develop gentle plump and have no obvious peak point. Confining pressure is helpful to enhancing the surface peak strain of the recycled concrete and the peak stress. When the confining pressure is 15MPa, the peak stress is the 4.4~4.7 times of that under uniaxial pressure. The influence of replacement ratio on peak stress is little. The peak strain of the confining pressure under 15MPa increased by 7%~13% than that under 0. The replacement ratio of recycled concrete has a certain influence on the peak strain, generally showed a trend of decline, but not obvious.
