摘 要:为了研究装配式混凝土电缆沟-工作井连接节点的力学性能,制作了沟体和工作井侧板试件,并对试件进行了单调加载试验,得到了试件的破坏形态、裂缝发展特征、极限承载力、变形和截面应变。此外,在考虑几何大变形、材料非线性和接触非线性条件下,建立了节点的ABAQUS有限元分析模型,并与试验结果进行了对比。结果表明:装配式混凝土电缆沟-工作井连接节点的最终破坏形式为混凝土受拉开裂和螺栓屈服,具有良好的力学性能,承载力和刚度均能满足工程要求;有限元计算结果与试验结果能较好吻合,可为研究装配式混凝土电缆沟的受力性能分析提供参考。
Abstract: To study the mechanical properties of connected joints between prefabricated concrete cable channel and working well, the specimens of channel body and working well side plate were made, and the monotonic loading tests were carried out on the specimens to obtain the failure mode, crack development characteristics, ultimate bearing capacity, deformation and section strain of the specimens. Moreover, considering large geometric deformation, material nonlinearity, and contact nonlinearity, the ABAQUS finite element analysis model of the connected joint was established, and the accuracy of the model was verified by comparing it with the experiment. The results show that the ultimate failure mode of the connected joint between the prefabricated concrete cable channel and working well is concrete tensile cracking and bolt yielding. The connected joint between prefabricated concrete cable channel and working well has good mechanical properties, and the bearing capacity and stiffness can meet the engineering requirements. The finite element calculation results are in good agreement with the experimental results, which can provide a reference for the analysis of the mechanical properties of the connected joint in prefabricated concrete cable channel.
