摘 要:富硅镁冶金镍渣是一种具有潜在火山灰活性的固体废弃物,可通过超细硅灰改性激发潜在活性,使其在硅酸盐水泥中火山灰反应充分,形成致密的网络状C-S-H凝胶,针刺状AFt等水化产物。抗压强度、粒度分布、比表面积、水化热、孔径分布、TG-DSC、SEM等宏观及微观测试表明,熟料∶镍渣∶硅灰∶石膏=85%∶5%∶5%∶5%体系的28d抗压强度可达67.1MPa,较空白样高近7MPa;水化诱导前期放热量峰值为0.19379J/g,水化加速期放热量峰值为0.25262J/g;体系1的28d水化试样粉末2~50nm细孔所占比例为51%,可明显观察到C-S-H凝胶,AFt等水化产物。
Abstract: As the solid waste, the nickel slag metallurgically with silicon and magnesium elements(briefly called “nickel slag”) has the potential pozzolanic activity. In order to get pozzolanic activity in the portland cement, the potential activity of slag is stimulated by superfine silica fume. As a result, many hydration Products, such as compact net structure of C-S-H gel and needlelike AFt has formed. Macro and micro testing have been carried out, such as compressive strength test, particle size distribution, special surface area, heat of hydration, pore size distribution, TG-DSC and SEM tests. The results show that the best formula of raw materials is clinker: nickel slag: silica fume: gypsum=85%:5%:5%:5%. Its 28d compressive strength is 67.1MPa and 7MPa larger than the blank sample’s. When it carries on hydration reaction, the peak of induction period hydration heat is 0.19379J/g and the acceleration period is 0.25262J/g. The system No.1 28d sample powder’s 2~50nm micropore proportion is 51%. In all hydrated samples, the different hydration products, such as C-S-H gel and AFt can be dariausly foumd.
