摘 要:通过大量试验研究了重庆地区混凝土用常见矿物掺合料的性能特点,并在其性能特点的基础上,研究了不同掺加方法对C60超高层泵送混凝土的强度、和易性、泵送性能以及含气量、压力泌水率及后期开裂等耐久性的影响。分析实验数据可知,影响其基本性能的因素主要有掺合料的种类、复掺方式、水胶比、骨料配比等。最终找到最佳复掺方式是粉煤灰、矿粉、硅灰以10:8:3的比例复掺,此时的C60超高层泵送混凝土的拌合物工作性能及后期耐久性最佳,具有较好的泵送施工性能,并通过了超高层泵送实际施工验证。 Abstract: The performance characteristics of common mineral admixtures for concrete in Chongqing area are studied by a large number of experiments. On the basis of the performance characteristics of the mineral admixtures, the workability, pumping properties and early strength as well as gas content, the rate of pressure bleeding and late cracking and other durability of C60 super high-rise pumping concrete are studied under different mineral admixtures addition and compound method. The experimental data shows that the main factors affecting the performance of C60 super high-rise pumping concrete were the main types of admixtures, addition and compound method, water-cement ratio and aggregate mix ratio. The workability and durability of the C60 high-rise pumping concrete mixture were best when the mineral admixtures compound way was the fly ash, mineral powder, silica fume complex by the ratio of 10:8:3. At this time, the C60 super high-rise pumping concrete has a better pumping construction performance, and passed the actual construction verification.

Abstract: The performance characteristics of common mineral admixtures for concrete in Chongqing area are studied by a large number of experiments. (1)使用粉煤灰、矿粉、硅灰三掺技术配制C60超高层泵送混凝土可以提高新拌混凝土的抗离析性能和可泵性能,可降低高强度等级混凝土的经时损失。
(2)碎石的粒径、河砂的细度模数以及砂率、骨料级配对重庆地区特殊地材下的C60超高层泵送混凝土的配制及拌合物自身性能至关重要。
(3)原材料的选择要符合设计要求,水泥中C2A含量、粉煤灰的需水量比、碎石的粒径、河砂的细度模数,对C60 超高层泵送混凝土的配制都起着非常重要的影响和作用。
