摘   要:为了解高强钢筋页岩陶粒混凝土柱偏心受压性能及其损伤演变,对7个配置HRB500钢筋和1个配置HRB400钢筋的页岩陶粒混凝土柱试件进行了偏心受压试验,研究了钢筋强度、页岩陶粒混凝土强度、偏心距和长细比对其受压性能以及损伤演化的影响。结果表明:高强钢筋页岩陶粒混凝土柱偏心受压构件破坏分为大偏心受压破坏、小偏心受压破坏两种;随着页岩陶粒混凝土强度的提高、偏心距和长细比的减小,试件的跨中侧向挠度均减小;偏心距对试件损伤影响较大,偏心距越小,试件的损伤程度越小。 Abstract: In order to study the eccentric compression performance and damage evolution of high-strength reinforced shale ceramide concrete columns, the eccentric compression tests were carried out on seven shale ceramide concrete column specimens with HRB500 reinforcement and one with HRB400 reinforcement to explore the influence of reinforcement strength, shale ceramide concrete strength, eccentric distance and slenderness ratio on its compression performance and damage evolution. The results show that the eccentric compression member damage of high-strength reinforced shale ceramide concrete column has two types, compression member with large eccentricity and compression member with small eccentricity. As the shale ceramide concrete strength increases, eccentric distance and slenderness ratio decrease, the mid-span lateral deflection of the specimen decreases. The eccentric distance has the greater influence on the specimen damage, and the smaller the eccentric distance, the smaller the damage degree of the specimen.

摘   要:为探究赤泥部分取代矿渣对碱激发泡沫混凝土性能及其微观机理的影响,以赤泥-硅酸盐水泥-矿渣三元复合胶凝材料为泡沫混凝土基体,采用氢氧化钠和硅酸钠溶液作为激发剂,通过纳米改性发泡剂进行物理发泡,制备了不同赤泥取代率的轻质泡沫混凝土(密度等级为A04),并采用激光位移传感器、电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪及热重分析仪进行了检测和表征。结果表明:赤泥的掺入不利于泡沫混凝土的前期稳定性,当赤泥取代率为20%~40%时,泡沫混凝土前90 min的最终沉降量增量较小;赤泥的掺入会降低泡沫混凝土流动度和抗压强度;当赤泥掺量为30%时,泡沫混凝土的抗压强度下降速率最低。 Abstract: In order to study the replacement of mineral powder with red mud on the macroscopic properties and microscopic mechanism of alkali activited foam concrete, the lightweight foam concrete(its density class is A04) with different contents of red mud was prepared by using red mud-Portland cement-slag terpolymer as the foam concrete matrix, the sodium hydroxide and sodium silicate solutions were used as activators, the nano-modified foaming agent was used as physical foaming. The laser displacement sensor, electron microscope, X-ray diffractometer and thermogravimetric analyzer were used to detect and characterize. The results show that the replacement of mineral powder with red mud is not conducive to the early stability of foam concrete, but when the content of red mud increases from 20% to 40%, the increment of final settlement in the first 90 min of foam concrete is small. The replacement of mineral powder with red mud will reduce the fluidity and compressive strength of foam concrete. When the content of red mud is 30%, the compressive strength of foam concrete will decrease at the lowest rate.
