摘 要:以天然雨花石、聚氨酯树脂、长余辉光致发光材料等原料制备发光聚合物透水混凝土,采用亮度计、液压式压力机、透水系数仪等测试手段研究了发光聚合物透水混凝土的余辉时间、发光亮度、抗压强度和透水系数。结果表明,选用100目黄绿色长余辉光致发光材料,发光聚合物透水混凝土的发光效果较好;长余辉光致发光材料掺量为15%~20%,反光粉掺量为聚氨酯的8%,可有效增强发光效果且不影响透水效果。
Abstract: Luminous polymer permeable concrete was prepared with natural riverstones, polyurethane resin and long afterglow luminescent materials. Then, afterglow time, luminous brightness, compressive strength and permeable coefficient were measured by luminance meter, permeable coefficient apparatus and hydraulic press. The results show that the luminous effect of the luminous polymer permeable concrete prepared with 100 mesh yellow-green long afterglow photoluminescent material is good. It can effectively enhance the luminous effect without affecting the pervious effect when the content of long afterglow phosphors is 15 %~20 % and the reflective powder is 8 % of polyurethane.
