摘 要:传统地下工程的建设采用现浇施工,存在工序繁杂、施工效率低、施工质量难以保证等问题,发展地下预制装配技术是解决上述困难的关键。本文介绍了国内外预制技术在地下工程中的应用,研究了矿山法公路隧道的预制衬砌结构的接头构造、结构防水、结构分块设计等关键技术,提出了符合矿山法公路隧道的预制衬砌分块方案。 Abstract: Theconstructionoftraditionalundergroundengineeringadoptscast-in-placeconstruction,whichhassomeproblemssuchascomplicatedprocedures,lowconstructionefficiencyanddifficultconstructionquality,andthedevelopmentofundergroundprefabricationtechnologyisthekeytosolvingtheabovedifficulties.Theapplicationofprefabricationtechnologyathomeandabroadinundergroundengineeringisintroduced,thekeytechnologyresearchonjointstructure,structuralwaterproofingandstructuralblockdesignforprefabricatedliningstructureofmineroadtunneliscarriedout,andtheprefabricatedliningblockinaccordancewithmineroadtunnelisputforward.
