摘 要:利用有限元软件ANSYS对方钢管再生混凝土短柱中心局部受压承载性能进行非线性分析,探讨了截面含钢率、再生骨料取代率等因素对其性能的影响。研究结果表明,有限元计算结果与试验结果吻合较好,所建立的有限元模型可较好地满足对方钢管再生混凝土短柱进行局压承载力模拟分析的要求;方钢管再生混凝土短柱局压受力特性与方钢管普通混凝土相似,局压承载力随着含钢率的增大而提高,且提高幅度呈非线性增长,含钢率为0.12时的局压承载力相对于含钢率为0.08时有较大幅度的提高;局压承载力与再生混凝土抗压强度基本呈线性关系,其比值控制在4.5左右。实际工程中需以再生混凝土实测强度为标准,进行方钢管再生混凝土构件局压承载力的验算。
Abstract: Nonlinear analysis of bearing capacity for recycled aggregate concrete-filled square steel tubular stub columns under local compression is carried out using finite element software ANSYS. The influences of different steel ratio and recycled aggregate ratio on bearing capacity for recycled aggregate concrete-filled square steel tubular stub columns under local compression have been discussed. The results show that the finite element model can meet the requirements of bearing capacity for recycled aggregate concrete-filled square steel tubular stub columns under local compression. The characteristics of recycled aggregate concrete-filled square steel tubular stub columns under local compression are similar to ordinary concrete-filled square steel tubular stub columns. The local bearing capacity tend to increase with the enlargement of steel ratio, and the increasing range is nonlinear. And the local bearing capacity has a great advance when the steel ratio increase to 0.12 from 0.08. The relationship between local bearing capacity and the intensity of recycled aggregate is linear, and the ratio is around 4.5. In the application of practical engineering, the local bearing capacity of recycled aggregate concrete-filled square steel tubular stub columns should be checked though the actual strength of recycled aggregate concrete.
