摘 要:通过在RMT-150B岩石力学系统基础上自行改进的高应力直剪仪,对不同含水率的粗砂与不同硬度和粗糙度的混凝土结构接触面进行粗砂与混凝土结构接触面颗粒破碎试验研究。结果表明,高法向应力粗砂与混凝土结构接触面直剪试验后颗粒级配曲线相较于试验前的曲线所对应出的颗粒粒径含量,随粒径的减小呈现出先减小后增加趋势,在颗粒粒径为0.25~0.074mm段,试验前后两级配曲线相互靠拢,对应粒径的含量变化较小;干粗砂破碎相较于含水的粗砂总体上破碎率较大,大粒径颗粒砂随含水率增大破碎量增大,小粒径颗粒砂随含水率增大呈现破碎减小状态,而含水率的大小对颗粒破碎影响相差不大;结构接触面的混凝土强度为C20、C30,粗糙度为3mm时,颗粒相对破碎率最小,结构接触面的混凝土强度为C40、C50表现与之相反;随着混凝土强度的增加,粗糙类型-破碎率曲线随粗糙度波动的敏感度变小,在混凝土结构接触面强度为C40时粗糙类型-破碎率曲线随粗糙度波动敏感度最小。
Abstract: Using the improved RMT-150B rock mechanics based on high stress direct shear apparatus, different moisture content of coarse sand and different contact surface hardness and roughness of the concrete are used in the interface particle crushing test. The results show that the court to the contact stress of coarse sand and concrete structure after the direct shear test grading curve compared to before the test curve corresponds to the content of particle size, with the decrease of particle size first decrease and then increase, the particle size ranges from 0.25mm to 0.074mm, the two gradation curve convergence before and after the test, the variation in content of particle size is smaller. Compared with water coarse sand, the dry coarse sand's broken rate is higher, the sand particles size increases with the increasing of the moisture content of breakage and small sand. When the concrete of the structure contact is C20 and C30, and the roughness is 3mm, the relative particle breaking rate is the minimum. When the concrete of the structure contact is C40 and C50, it is the opposite. With the increase of concrete strength, the sensitivity of the curve reduces. When the concrete of the structure contact is C40, the roughness sensitivity is the minimum.
