摘 要:利用公路RCM法和国标RCM法测试了不同类型混凝土28d、56d、84d龄期的氯离子扩散系数。结果显示,采用公路RCM法与国标RCM法测试的氯离子扩散系数具有较好的相关性,国标RCM法测得氯离子扩散系数约为公路RCM法测试结果的1.30倍。采用幂函数对早龄期扩散系数衰减系数m值进行拟合,并与现有的衰减系数经验公式进行对比,修正了现有的经验公式,提出了混凝土早龄期扩散系数的衰减公式,可用于根据28d扩散系数推定56d和84d混凝土扩散系数。
Abstract: The highway RCM method and Chinese standard RCM method are used to test the chloride ion diffusion coefficient of different types of concrete at the age of 28d, 56d, 84d. The results show that the diffusion coefficient tested by the highway RCM method and Chinese standard RCM method has good correlation. The chloride ion diffusion coefficient results measured by Chinese standard RCM method are about 1.30 times of the results measured by highway RCM method. By using the power function, the early age diffusion coefficient attenuation coefficient m is fitted and compared with the existing empirical formula of attenuation coefficient, and the existing empirical formula is modified by the test results. The proposed early age attenuation formula of the diffusion coefficient of concrete can be used to forecast the 56d and 84d diffusion coefficient according to the 28d diffusion coefficient test result.
