摘   要:对存在竖向施工缝的某厂房顶板和隧道叠合墙结构进行了温度、应变监测和数值模拟。结果表明:顶板和叠合墙在靠近竖向施工缝处的变形均受到显著约束,但其应变峰值和单位温度变形均比靠近水平施工缝处的大;在数值模拟时,将水平施工缝以下底部侧墙和底板的旧混凝土弹性模量均取为实测值,将竖向施工缝一侧的先浇顶板和地连墙的混凝土弹性模量分别取为实测值的25%和50%左右,可使应变计算值与监测值的误差较低;在混凝土抗裂性评估计算中,应考虑对竖向施工缝处旧混凝土的弹性模量进行适当折减。 Abstract: The temperature strain monitoring and numerical simulation of a factory building roof and a tunnel composite wall structure with vertical construction joints were carried out. The results show that the deformation of roof and composite wall near the vertical construction joint is significantly constrained, but the peak strain and unit temperature deformation are greater than those near the horizontal construction joint. In the simulation calculation, when the elastic modulus of the old concrete of the bottom side wall and bottom plate below the horizontal construction joint is taken as the measured value, and the elastic modulus of the concrete on the first poured roof and the diaphragm wall on one side of the vertical construction joint is taken as about 25% and 50% of the measured value, respectively, the error between the calculated strain value and the monitoring value is relatively low. In the evaluation and calculation of concrete crack resistance, appropriate reduction of the elastic modulus of the old concrete at the vertical construction joint should be considered.
