摘  要:基于导热系数和抗压强度设计原则,从膨胀聚苯乙烯颗粒优选、水泥基复合胶凝材料硬化基体优化、微孔化、固体相体积占比等方面考虑,研究了不同干表观密度膨胀聚苯乙烯颗粒泡沫混凝土(PFC)的导热系数和抗压强度,通过配合比优化,实现了PFC结构性能、导热系数和抗压强度三者的协调;采用优化后的配合比,可制备出综合性能较佳的建筑保温与结构一体化墙体砌筑材料。 Abstract: Based on the design principles of thermal conductivity and compressive strength, the thermal conductivity and compressive strength of expanded polystyrene granular foamed concrete(PFC) with different dry apparent densities were studied from the aspects of expanded polystyrene particles optimization, hardened matrix of cement-based composite cementitious materials optimization, microporosization and solid phase volume ratios. Through mix proportion optimization, the coordination of PFC structural performance, thermal conductivity and compressive strength was obtained. The optimized mix proportion can be used to prepare building insulation and structural integrated wall masonry materials with better comprehensive performance.

摘  要:为研究螺栓连接的装配式剪力墙-梁节点的抗震性能,提出了一种在剪力墙内预埋高强螺杆,然后通过钢端板与混凝土梁连接的节点,设计了3组缩尺装配式试件与1组缩尺现浇试件,并对其进行了拟静力试验,研究分析了节点的破坏形态、滞回曲线、骨架曲线、刚度退化、耗能能力等。结果表明:3组装配式试件的滞回曲线呈“弓形”,且装配式试件的峰值承载力比现浇试件提升了8.42%~21.05%,位移延性系数在4.28~4.66之间,等效黏滞阻尼系数均在0.18~0.24之间,证明了该装配式节点具有良好的抗震能力和变形能力。 Abstract: In order to study the seismic performance of bolt-connected prefabricated shear wall-beam joints, a joint with a high strength screw embedded in the shear wall and then connected with a concrete beam through a steel end plate was proposed. Three sets of reduced scale prefabricated specimens and one set of reduced scale cast-in-place specimens were designed and the pseudo-static tests were carried out. The failure mode, hysteretic curve, skeleton curve, stiffness degradation and energy dissipation capacity of the joint were studied and analyzed. The results show that the hysteresis curves of the three groups of assembled specimens are "bow", the peak bearing capacity of the assembled specimens is increased by 8.42%~21.05% compared with the cast-in-place specimens, the displacement ductility coefficient is between 4.28~4.66, and the equivalent viscous damping coefficient is between 0.18~0.24, indicating that the assembled joints have good seismic resistance and deformation ability.
