Abstract: The newly revision national standard of GB 175—2023 Common Portland Cement was officially released on November 27th, 2023, and it will be implemented on June 1st, 2024. In order to facilitate understanding the specific meaning of the standard provisions and correctly implement the specific requirements and the standard provisions for users, the background and significance of the revision of the standard are introduced, and the main provisions of the standard are interpreted.
