摘 要:稻草纤维混凝土空心砌块具有质轻、保温隔热效果好、绿色环保等优点。通过试验得到同一配合比情况下的稻草纤维粉末混凝土空心砌块随稻草纤维粉末粒径大小、含量变化的热阻变化规律。研究表明,同一粒径下,热阻随稻草纤维含量的增加而增加,效果明显;同一含量下,热阻随稻草纤维粒径的减小而增加,影响较小。其中,稻草纤维粒径为0.150~0.180mm、含量为10%时砌块的热阻值最大,比未掺加稻草纤维粉末砌块的热阻高36%。
Abstract: Straw fiber concrete hollow block has good effect in heat preservation and heat insulation, green environmental protection, etc. The thermal resistance change law of the same mixture ratio of straw fiber powder concrete hollow block with the straw fiber powder particle size, content are got by experiments. The results show that under the same particle size, thermal resistance increases as the content increases, the effect is obvious; Under the same content, thermal resistance increases as the particle size decreases, the effect is not obvious. When the particle size is 0.150mm to 0.180mm, the 10% content has the highest thermal resistance value, which is 36% higher than that of without straw fiber.
