摘 要:针对设计的立式径向挤压制管机成型头,采用SolidWorks软件建立其三维实体模型,运用HyperMesh软件划分网格,定义材料属性、成型头与混凝土的接触类型和工作载荷,通过LS-Dyna软件计算成型头挤压混凝土成型过程的力学行为,获得成型过程中混凝土的应力、应变分布情况,表明立式径向挤压制管机成型头已基本能够实现混凝土的挤压成型,但在成型过程的第一阶段,混凝土的最大应力值达到了其屈服强度的临界点,混凝土管易发生坍塌、裂纹等现象,仿真分析可为成型头结构的进一步改进提供理论依据。
Abstract: The molding head of vertical radial press concrete pipe machine has been designed. The SolidWorks is used to model it. The HyperMesh is used to establish the finite element model of molding head, including meshing and defining the material, contact and load. The Ls-Dyna is used to calculate the mechanical behavior of molding head extruding the concrete to obtain the stress and strain distribution. The results show that the molding head of vertical radial press concrete pipe machine has been basically able to realize the extrusion forming of the concrete. But because the maximum stress of concrete reaches the critical point of its yield strength in the first stage of the forming process, the concrete pipe is prone to collapse and cracks, which provides a theoretical basis for further improvement of molding head.
