摘 要:为提高地铁车站施工效率,研发了装配式地铁车站单面叠合侧墙,分别制作了缩尺比例为1∶2的叠合试件和现浇试件,并进行了抗弯试验。结果表明:现浇试件和叠合试件呈现出相同的破坏形态,两者的荷载-挠度曲线基本接近,抗弯性能相近;叠合试件的叠合面未出现明显破坏,且截面钢筋应变分布仍满足平截面假定,叠合试件的整体性较好;装配式地铁车站单面叠合侧墙具有“等同现浇”的受力性能,可应用于实际工程。
Abstract: In order to improve the construction efficiency of metro station, a single-sided laminated side wall of assembled metro station was developed. A laminated and cast-in-place specimens were made with a scale ratio of 1∶2, and bending tests were conducted. The test results show that the laminated and cast-in-place specimens have the same damage pattern, and the load-deflection curves are basically close to each other, which have the similar bending performance. No obvious damage occurrs on the surface of the laminated specimen, and the strain distribution of the section reinforcement still satisfies the assumption of flat section, indicating that the integrity of the specimen force is good. The single-sided laminated side wall of assembled metro stations has the "equivalent cast-in-place" mechanical performance and can be safely applied to the actual project.
