摘 要:对比试验分析了射钉法测试仪和幼龄期混凝土强度专用测试仪在不同混凝土强度区间检测适用性。结果表明,对于抗压强度不大于2.0MPa的混凝土构件,采用幼龄期混凝土强度专用测试仪测得混凝土强度换算值和贯入深度值之间相关性相对较好,宜采用幼龄期混凝土强度专用测试仪测定其强度;对于抗压强度在2.0MPa以上的混凝土构件,采用射钉法测试仪测得混凝土强度换算值和贯入深度值之间相关性相对较好,宜采用射钉法测试仪测定其强度。
Abstract:The applicability of Nail method tester and infant age concrete strength tester in different concrete strength range were compared. The results show that the infant age concrete strength tester is suitable used for the compressive strength of concrete member less than 2.0MPa and the relatively superior correlation between the concrete strength conversion value and penetration depth can be obtained by using the infant age concrete strength tester. The Nail method tester is suitable used for the compressive strength of concrete member above 2.0MPa, and the relatively superior correlation between the concrete strength conversion value and penetration depth can be obtained by using the Nail method tester.
