摘 要:利用机械力激发钢渣和粉煤灰的活性,研究了机械力活化前后钢渣-粉煤灰基地聚合物水泥的耐盐腐蚀性能,并对其水化产物进行了物相分析和微观结构分析。结果表明,机械力活化后钢渣-粉煤灰基地聚合物水泥的抗压强度提高到46MPa,孔隙度减小,耐盐腐蚀性能提升。XRD和SEM分析表明,机械力活化前后样品中的水化产物主要为无定形凝胶,机械力活化后样品的结构更为致密;机械力活化后样品在5% Na2SO4和5% NaCl溶液中浸泡60d后,少量水化产物能与硫酸根离子反应生成钙矾石,与氯离子反应可能生成了水化氯铝酸钙(3CaO·Al2O3·CaCl2·10H2O),造成样品抗压强度降低,但样品整体形貌保持完好,未出现大面积的破坏。
Abstract:The steel slag and fly ash activated by mechanochemical method are used for the preparation of geopolymer. The performance and mechanism of anti-salt corrosion of geopolymer made of steel slag and fly ash are investigated. The results indicate that the compressive strength of geopolymer samples made of steel slag and fly ash milled by mechanical power increases to 46MPa, the porosity reduces and the performance of anti-salt corrosion of the samples is improved. XRD and SEM analyses show that the hydration products in the geopolymer samples are mainly amorphous gel. When the activated geopolymer samples are immersed into 5% Na2SO4 or 5% NaCl solution for 60d, hydration products can react with sulfate or chloride ions to form ettringite or hydrated calcium aluminum chloride(3CaO·Al2O3·CaCl2·10H2O), resulting in the lower compressive strength. However, the microstructure of the samples is still intact.
