摘   要:以某装配式钢筋混凝土框架剪力墙结构办公楼为研究背景,采用数值模拟方法,建立了三维装配式UHPC-NC叠合梁数值模型,研究了不同材料参数对装配式UHPC-NC叠合梁抗弯性能的影响。结果表明:提高NC的抗压强度对试件承载力和刚度的提升幅度较小;提高UHPC的抗拉强度对构件极限承载力的提高也不显著;增加UHPC受拉高度对构件抗弯承载力的提高显著;在实际工程中可通过提高纵筋配筋率来提高构件的极限抗弯承载力。 Abstract: Taking a multi-layer prefabricated reinforced concrete frame shear wall structure office building as the research background, a three-dimensional bending numerical model of UHPC-NC composite beams was established by using numerical simulation methods. The influence of different material parameters on the bending performance of the UHPC-NC composite beam structure was analyzed. The results show that the increase in NC compressive strength has a negligible increase in the load-bearing capacity of the composite beam, and it has an improvement in the stiffness of the composite beam, but the increase is not significant. Improving the tensile strength of UHPC can only slightly enhance the ultimate bearing capacity of the component. Increasing the tensile height of UHPC can effectively improve the flexural bearing capacity of composite beam structures. In practical engineering, the ultimate bearing capacity of the component wrist can be improved by increasing the ratio of longitudinal reinforcement under tension.

摘   要:使用磷尾矿砂取代部分河砂制备了超高性能混凝土(UHPC),研究了不同磷尾矿砂取代率(0~20%)对UHPC试件强度与弹性模量的影响,优选出最佳配合比,制作了5块配筋UHPC板,研究了不同厚度及配筋率对UHPC板抗弯性能的影响。结果表明:随着磷尾矿砂取代率的增加,试件的抗压强度与弹性模量呈先增加后下降的趋势;当磷尾矿砂取代率为10%,试件的抗压强度和弹性模量达到峰值,而抗拉强度随着磷尾矿砂取代率的增加而显著降低;在局部荷载作用下,配筋UHPC板的极限承载力和弯曲韧性随着配筋率和截面高度的增大而提高。此外,基于试验得到的UHPC受压本构曲线,建立了配筋UHPC板数值仿真模型,发现分析结果与抗弯试验结果吻合较好。 Abstract: The Ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC) was prepared by replacing some river sand with phosphorus tailing sand. The influence of different replacement rates (0~20%) of phosphorus tailing sand on the strength and elastic modulus of UHPC was studied, and the optimal mix proportion was selected. Five reinforced UHPC slabs were made, and the effects of different thicknesses and reinforcement ratios on the flexural performance of UHPC slabs were studied. The results show that as the replacement rate of phosphorus tailing sand increases, the compressive strength and elastic modulus of the specimens show a trend of first increasing and then decreasing. When the replacement rate of phosphorus tailing sand is 10%, the compressive strength and elastic modulus of the specimen are the highest, while the tensile strength significantly decreases with the increase of the replacement rate of phosphorus tailing sand. Under local loads, the ultimate bearing capacity and flexural toughness of reinforced UHPC slabs increase with the increase of reinforcement ratio and section height. In addition, the numerical simulation model for reinforced UHPC slabs is established based on the compression constitutive curves of UHPC from the tests, and the analysis results are in good agreement with the flexural test results.
