摘 要:为了研究内掺硅树脂乳液在水泥基材料中的防水效果及其抗氯离子侵蚀性能,设计了五种不同硅树脂乳液掺量(0、1%、2%、3%、4%)的试验对照组,并对其进行了接触角试验、毛细吸盐试验以及氯离子侵蚀试验,对比分析出此类防水剂功效。结果表明:1%的硅树脂乳液便可以使接触角大于90°,即掺加硅树脂乳液使得水泥基材料具有了憎水性;并且随着掺量的增加,水泥基材料的憎水性愈强,且抗氯离子侵蚀性能也显著增加。
Abstract: In order to study the waterproofing effect of silicone emulsion in cement-based materials and its resistance to chloride ion erosion, five different silicone emulsion concentrations ( 0, 1%, 2%, 3%, 4% ) were designed as test control groups. Contact angle test, capillary salt absorption test, and chloride ion erosion test were performed to compare and analyze the effectiveness of such waterproof agent. The results show that adding silicone emulsion to cement based materials has a good waterproof and good anti-chloride ion erosion effect. Contact angle will exceed 90 degree even in the condition of 1% silicone emulsion adding and the effect is getting more significant with the increase concentration of silicone emulsion.
