摘 要:介绍了马尔代夫混凝土原材料的现状,调研了原材料的种类、来源及特性,并与中国援建项目的原材料进行了对比。调研结果表明,印尼PT SEMEN PADANG P·Ⅰ 42.5较华润P·Ⅱ 42.5水泥,不溶物含量和烧失量稍高,比表面积稍小、强度稍高;印度海德5~25mm碎石较广西山中石场5~25mm碎石,级配稍差,吸水率、针片状含量、含泥量和泥块含量均较高;印度海德机制砂较福建隆教铭城机制砂,石粉含量比较低,MB值较大;印度Hitepozzo粉煤灰性能优良,能满足我国标准Ⅰ级粉煤灰要求;马尔代夫当地自来水和自制二级淡化海水均可用作预应力混凝土拌合用水。
Abstract: The current situation of concrete raw material in Maldives is introduced, and the types of raw material, its source and property are studied, then the contract to the raw material used in Chinese-aid program is carried out. The research shows that, PT SEMEN PADANG P·Ⅰ42.5 cement compared to HUA RUN P·Ⅱ42.5 cement, has higher no molten material and loss, but lower specific surface area and higher strength. The 5~25mm coarse aggregates from Haide, Indian Tuticorin compared to Zhongshan stone plant, Guangxi, China, have a worse grading, and the water absorption, flakiness index, silt content and clay lump content is higher. Fine aggregates from Haide, Indian Tuticorin compared to Mingcheng, Fujian, China, has lower stone powder content and higher MB. The fly ash from Hitepozzo, Indian, totally can satisfy with theⅠgrade fly ash standard in China. The drinking water and Ⅱgrade desalination seawater in Maldives can be used for the prestressed concrete.
