摘 要:结合地铁管片自动化生产线所需混凝土的技术要求配制出不同性能的聚羧酸减水剂。通过测试混凝土的凝结时间、强度和表观质量及两种减水剂母液(S-PCE和H-PCE)的水化热曲线,分析了S-PCE和H-PCE配比对混凝土性能的影响。结果表明,S-PCE在未改变水泥水化机理和规律的前提下,能显著加速水化进程,提前结束诱导期。通过调整H-PCE和S-PCE的比例,可以实现对混凝土凝结时间和早期强度的控制,且对混凝土后期强度没有负面作用。
Abstract: Different performance of polycarboxylate superplasticizer for the automatic production assembly line of subway segment concrete was prepared. And the effect of S-PCE and H-PCE on the performance of concrete with the polycarboxylate superplasticizer was analyzed by testing the of coagulation time, strength and apparent quality of the concrete and hydration heat curves of the two kinds of water-reducing agent raw materials(S-PCE and H-PCE). The results show that it can accelerate significantly the process of hydration,and end induction period earlier without changing the mechanism and regularity of cement hydration.By adjusting the proportion H-PCE and S-PCE , the setting time and the early strength of concrete can be controlled , which has no negative effects to the late strength of concrete.
