摘 要:研究了优化明胶膜甘蔗纤维的制备工艺,并将其掺入泡沫中改善泡沫的性能,再使用此泡沫制备泡沫混凝土,研究其对泡沫混凝土基本性能的影响,并对其内部微观形貌进行观察和分析。试验结果表明,明胶膜甘蔗叶纤维改善了料浆固化沉降率、抗压强度、导热系数、干密度、吸水率及孔隙结构等泡沫混凝土的基本性能。
Abstract: The process for preparation of Gelatin Film Sugarcane Leaf Fiber (GFSLF) is optimized. The foamed concrete is prepared by adding GFSLF into the foam to improve the performance of foamed concrete, and scanning electron microscopy is used to observe the microstructure of foamed concrete. The results show that GFSLF is an effective fiber that can improve the performance of foamed concrete such as slurry sedimentation rate, compressive strength, thermal conductivity, dry density, water absorption and pore structure.
