摘 要:研究了石膏作为激发剂生产免蒸压PHC管桩的机理,探讨了矿粉和石膏的合适掺量。结果表明,为缩短PHC管桩的养护周期,石膏激发剂混凝土采用85~90℃的蒸汽养护是可行的。同时,DEF膨胀的危害也可以得到控制和避免。 Abstract:ThemechanismofgypsumasanactivatortoproduceNon-autoclavedPHCpipe,andtheproperamountofslagandgypsumwasstudied.Theresultsshowthatgypsumasanactivatorforthepreparationofconcretewith85~90℃steamcuringisafeasiblewaytoshortenthecuringperiod.ThedamageofDEFexpansioniscontrollableandavoidable.
