摘 要:通过正交试验研究了砂率、脱硫灰替代率、脱硫石膏替代率和微硅粉替代率四个因素对新型混凝土干表观密度、软化系数、导热系数、绝干抗压强度以及吸水率5个指标的影响。结果表明:各因素对新型混凝土5个试验指标的影响顺序为:脱硫石膏C>脱硫灰B>砂率A>微硅粉D。综合平衡分析各因素对新型混凝土5个试验指标的影响,确定了工业灰渣-陶粒新型混凝土的最优配合比。
Abstract: The influence of four factors on the dry density, softening coefficient, thermal conductivity, dry compressive strength and water absorption of new concrete were studied by orthogonal test. The four factors are the sand ratio, the replacement rate of desulfurization ash, the replacement rate of desulfurization gypsum and the replacement rate of silica fume. The results show that the influence order of all factors on the five test indicators of the new concrete was desulfurization gypsum C>desulfurization ash B> sand rate A> micro silica powder D. The optimal mixture ratio is determined by analyzing the influence of all factors on the five test indicators of the new concrete.
