摘 要:自制模拟现场钢管混凝土缺陷模型,采用超声波对测法测试不同脱黏状态钢管混凝土模型的密实度,对比分析了超声波参数变化与钢管混凝土缺陷之间的关系,找出了能够准确判断钢管混凝土缺陷的方法与规律。结果表明,依据超声波首波相位、声时值和波幅的变化,可以判断钢管混凝土脱黏区域、空洞和断层等缺陷。
Abstract: The model which of concrete filled steel tube defect is made, and the different debonding models are tested by non-metal ultrasonic. By analyzing the relationship between the defect and ultrasonic parameters, the method and regularity of judging concrete filled steel tube defect are found. The results show that on the basis of the change of the ultrasonic first phase, duration and amplitude, the concrete filled steel tube defect such as fault and debonding area and empty can be determined.
