Abstract: The newly revised national standard GB/T 13476—2023 Pretensioned spun concrete piles was officially implemented on March 1st, 2024. In order to facilitate understanding the specific meaning of standard provisions by the users of this standard, and implementing the specific requirements and provisions of standard clauses correctly, the background and significance of the revision and the main provisions of the standard are interpreted.
