摘 要:针对钻孔咬合桩的施工工艺特点,采用自行研制的专用缓凝高效减水剂以及Ⅱ级粉煤灰和 S75 矿渣粉双掺技术,配制出了具有良好的工作性能的水下超缓凝混凝土,混凝土缓凝时间达60h以上,3d强度不低于3MPa 、28d强度不低于设计强度等级。
Abstract: According to the construction characteristics of the bored lock piles, a new super retarding concrete is prepared by the set-retarding and super plasticizer, and mixed with Ⅱ fly ash and granulated blast furnace slag. The underwater super retarding concrete has good flow properties, the setting time can reach 60 hours when this product is contained in the concrete, the 3 days strength is not under 3MPa, and the 28 days strength can meet the design requirement.
