摘 要:通过对水灰比为0.3、骨料粒径分别为3~5mm与5~10mm的透水混凝土进行试验研究,得出了在14%、17%、20%以及16%、18%、20%目标孔隙率下的渗透系数及抗压强度,满足CJJ/T 135—2009《透水水泥混凝土路面技术规程》与CJJ/T 253—2016《再生骨料透水混凝土应用技术规程》抗压强度要求的临界目标孔隙率的值分别为14%与16%。并在此基础上进行矿渣微粉改性研究以及基于Fluent多孔介质模型的渗流模拟研究。结果表明,矿渣微粉等效替代7.5%的水泥时,具有最优的抗压强度;将渗透系数转化为黏性阻力系数,采用Fluent多孔介质模型进行渗流计算是合理的。
Abstract:When the water cement ratio is 0.3, the pervious concrete with aggregate size of 3~5mm and 5~10mm is studied, the permeability coefficient and compressive strength at the target porosity of 14%, 17%, 20% and 16%, 18% and 20% are obtained. When the target porosity values is 14% and 16% , compression strength of the pervious concrete can meet the requirements of CJJ/T 135—2009 Technical Specification for Pervious Concrete Pavement and CJJ/T 253—2016 Technical Specification for Application of Recycled Aggregate Pervious Concrete. On this basis, the slag powder modification and seepage simulation based on Fluent porous medium model are researched. When the amount of slag equivalent cement is 7.5%, the slag has the best compressive strength. It is reasonable to use Fluent porous media model to calculate seepage.
