摘 要:试验研究了高性能混凝土试件在早龄期标准养护、水环境养护、卤水环境养护下抗压、抗折强度的变化规律,以及混凝土试件在水环境、卤水环境下腐蚀2年内其抗压、抗折强度随服役期的变化规律。研究结果表明:在低龄期下,抗折强度呈现先增后减的趋势,且28d龄期值大于3d龄期;抗压强度呈现先减后增的趋势,3~7d抗压强度降低较多,但水环境下比卤水环境下的7~28d抗压强度增长多;在卤水腐蚀环境下混凝土的抗折与抗压强度在0.5~1.0年、1.0~1.5年、1.5~2.0年这3个时间段内的变化与腐蚀影响能力同时存在,但抗折强度在服役期内表现为增强,抗压强度表现为降低;标号为Ca50z 高性能混凝土试件的配合比为最佳,表现出良好的抗腐蚀性。
Abstract: The influence of different environment of standard curing, water curing and bittern curing on the compressive strength and flexural strength of early age HPC are studied, and the change rules of the compressive strength, flexural strength of concrete specimens in water and brine corrosion environment within two years with the the variation of the service period are tested and studied. The results show that in the early period, the flexural strength of concrete decreaseshows a tendency to increase first and then to decrease, and the 28d value is greater than the 3d age; its compressive strength shows a tendency to decrease first and then to increase, the 3~7d compressive strength decreases more than that of 28d, but the 7~28d compressive strength grows higher; the influence change and corrosion of brine corrosion environment on the concrete flexural and compressive strength at the three time period of 0.5~1.0years, 1.0~1.5years, 1.5~2.0yeasr exist at the same time, but the flexural strength in the service period increases, the compressive strength reduces. The mixture ratio of Ca50z HPCspecimen is optimum, which shows good corrosion resistance.
