摘 要:以体积法设计透水混凝土配合比,研究了不同成型方式、设计孔隙率、增强料等因素对透水混凝土抗压强度及透水系数的影响。试验结果表明:冲压成型透水混凝土抗压强度和透水系数均高于振动成型透水混凝土;透水混凝土抗压强度随设计孔隙率的提高而逐渐降低;添加可再分散乳胶粉和硅粉可以提高透水混凝土抗压强度,但会在一定程度上降低透水系数。
Abstract: The mix proportion of pervious concrete was designed by void design procedure, the effect of different factors on the compressive strength and permeability of pervious concrete was studied such as molding method, porosity and reinforcer. The result show that the compressive strength and permeability of pervious concrete by stamping forming are higher than that of pervious cement concrete by vibration molding; the compressive strength of pervious concrete gradually decreases with increasing of porosity; the compressive strength is increased after mixing polymer dispersion powder and silica fume, but the permeability is decreased to some extent.
