摘 要:利用XRD、SEM、激光粒度分析和胶砂强度等测试手段分析了搅拌站废渣的物理化学性能指标,采用机械磨细、高温煅烧手段对废渣活性进行评价,并研究分析了普通等级混凝土、建筑砂浆及免烧砖掺废渣的可行性。结果表明,废渣因粒型不规则、组成成分复杂等因素影响,流动度比和活性较低;机械磨细和高温煅烧均可以提高废渣的活性,但提升幅度有限;用8%的废渣替代粉煤灰生产普通等级混凝土、12%~14%的废渣替代水泥和粉煤灰生产建筑砂浆、37.5%的废渣替代粉煤灰生产免烧砖在技术上是可行的,且具有良好的经济效益。 Abstract: The physical and chemical performance indexes of mixing station waste residue were analyzed by using different test methods such as XRD, SEM, laser granularity analyzer and mortar strength. The activity of waste residue was evaluated by mechanical grinding and high temperature calcination, the feasibility of adding waste residue on common grade concrete, building mortar and baking-free brick was also studied and analyzed. The results show that the fluidity and activity of waste residue are lower by the irregular particle size and complex composition. Mechanical grinding and high temperature calcination can increase the activity of waste residue,but the range of lifting is limited.Production of common grade concrete with 8% waste residue instead of fly ash, building mortar with 12%-14% waste residue instead of cement and fly ash, baking-free brick with 37.5% waste residue instead of fly ash is feasible technically,which obtains a good economic benefit.

Abstract: The physical and chemical performance indexes of mixing station waste residue were analyzed by using different test methods such as XRD, SEM, laser granularity analyzer and mortar strength. (1)掺25%废渣的胶砂流动度比为92%,活性指数仅为65%;同掺量下,将原始废渣粉磨80min后活性指数可达70.3%,将原始废渣经800℃煅烧2h后活性指数可达77.9%,活性提升不明显。
(2)用废渣取代水泥制备生态建筑材料时对强度影响较大,可实施性不强;当取代粉煤灰或同时取代少量水泥及部分粉煤灰时,对强度影响较小,能够满足基本性能要求,可实施性较强。
(3)用8%的废渣替代粉煤灰生产普通等级混凝土、12%~14%的废渣替代水泥和粉煤灰生产建筑砂浆、37.5%的废渣替代粉煤灰生产免烧砖在技术上是可行的,均具有良好的经济效益。
