摘 要:为了研究钢-聚丙烯混杂纤维对高强混凝土动态劈拉强度的影响并确定两者较优的混杂比例,采用120mm的SHPB压杆装置对两种纤维以不同体积比掺杂的高强混凝土试件进行了动态劈拉试验,得到了较高力加载率下各组试件的动态劈拉强度。通过对比各组试件的计算结果,讨论了两种纤维掺量对试件动态劈拉强度的影响,在本次试验掺量范围内,两者在钢纤维掺量2.5%、聚丙烯纤维掺量0.22%时获得较好的混杂效果。
Abstract: In order to study the effect of steel-polypropylene hybrid fiber on the dynamic splitting tensile strength of high-strength concrete, as well as to determine the optimum mixing ratio of two kinds of fiber, a Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar was employed to carry out dynamic test on high strength concrete specimens doped with two kinds of fibers in different volume ratios. And deferent dynamic splitting tension strength values of each sample under a high loading rate is obtained. By comparing outcomes of experiments, the effects of those two kinds of fiber content on dynamic splitting tensile strength is discussed. The results show that in the range of mixing ratios in this test, a good hybrid effect can be obtained when the amount of steel fiber is 2.5% and polypropylene fiber is 0.22%.
