摘 要:通过正交试验,分析了粉煤灰掺量、碳纤维掺量、沙漠砂替代率对沙漠砂混凝土28d抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、拉压比的影响,揭示的粉煤灰掺量、碳纤维掺量、沙漠砂替代率对沙漠砂混凝土28d抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、拉压比的影响规律;通过对比试验,采用与混凝土抗压强度等性能试验相同的配比,测定了基准混凝土、掺沙漠砂混凝土、正交试验最优组的1d、3d、7d、14d、28d、45d、60d收缩率,结果表明碳纤维对沙漠砂混凝土各龄期干燥收缩具有很好的抑制作用。
Abstract: The orthogonal experiment is carried out to analyze and study the influence of fly ash content, carbon fiber content, desert sand replacement ratio on the 28d compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, tension and compression ratio of desert sand concrete. Based on the comparative test, using the same mix proportion as compressive strength of concrete,the shrinkage rate of the normal concrete, desert sand concrete and orthogonal test optimal group for 1d, 3d, 7d, 14d, 28d, 45d and 60d were tested. The experimental results show that carbon fiber has a good inhibition on the shrinkage of desert sand concrete at different ages.
