摘 要:大量利用金属尾矿资源,既能减少对生态环境的影响,还可生产满足京津冀地区工程建设需求的建筑材料,具有低碳绿色的显著特征。本文以承德地区金属钼尾矿和石屑为主要原料,以水泥和粉煤灰为胶结材料,采用半干法压制成型工艺,生产混凝土免烧砖制品,研究了各原材料配比对免烧砖抗压强度的影响。试验结果显示:①免烧砖较适宜的原材料配合比为15%水泥、18%石屑、11%粉煤灰和56%钼尾矿;②水泥含量对免烧砖抗压强度具有非常显著性影响,而粉煤灰、石屑、脱硫石膏影响不显著;③减少石屑细粒比例,或掺加铁尾矿替代部分石屑,均能小幅提高试块的抗压强度;④掺加Na2SO4或NaCl早强剂能提高免烧砖强度,而掺加1.0% Na2SO4较合适。
Abstract: With utilizing metal tailing resources in large quantity, its ecological impact on the environment will be reduced and besides, related building materials meet the requirement for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region market can be produced, both of which has a remarkably green and low carbon character. A kind of concrete based baking-free bricks is introduced, which are made of molybdenum tailings and stone chips as the main raw materials, and cement and fly ash as the cementing materials, with the method of half-dry pressing molding process. The compressive strength of these bricks is investigated with various composition of raw materials. Results show that: ①the appropriate weight ratio of raw materials is 15% cement, 18% stone chips, 11% fly ash and 56% molybdenum tailings; ②the cement content has significant influence on the compressive strength of the baking-free brick, while fly ash, stone chips and desulfurization gypsum have no significant influence; ③decreasing the fine particle proportion of stone chips, or replacing partial them by iron tailings, the compressive strength will be decreased in a slightly growing rate; ④with addition of the early strength agent like Na2SO4 or NaCl, the compressive strength will be enhanced, and the appropriate ratio is 1.0% of Na2SO4.
