摘 要:利用自制的简易装置可测试混凝土早期的体积变形,测试数据准确可靠,可以较好的反应混凝土的体积变形趋势,对于体积变形量较大的高强度等级自密实混凝土亦与红外测试装置相差不大,此种测试方法具有广泛的适用性,具有一定的推广价值。测试结果表明,聚羧酸减水剂和膨胀剂对混凝土的收缩有较好的抑制作用。矿粉对混凝土的收缩起促进作用,粉煤灰对混凝土的收缩有一定的抑制作用。
Abstract: The simple homemade device is used to determine the early-age volume deformation of concrete, the accurate and reliable results show that this method could reflect the trend of volume deformation of concrete effectively. For the high-strength self-compacting concrete with large volume deformation, the differences of results between the infrared testing device and the method are small. Therefore, this method could be widely applied and worth a certain of promotional value. The results show that polycarboxylate- superplasticizer and expansion agent have the preferable inhibitory action on shrinkage of concrete. Mineral powder play a role in promoting the shrinkage of concrete, while, the fly ash has a certain of inhibitory action on shrinkage of concrete.
