摘 要:从宏观和细观两个尺度分析了混凝土抗裂性能与骨料体积含量和骨料弹性模量的关系。研究结果表明,增加骨料体积含量,采用弹性模量较高的骨料,可以减小混凝土的干缩变形,但不能提高混凝土的抗裂性能。采用弹性模量较高的骨料使得宏观干缩应力和细观干缩应力都有所提高。增加骨料体积含量使得宏观干缩应力向细观干缩应力转变。提高混凝土的抗裂性能应该注意宏观干缩应力与细观干缩应力之间的平衡,并给出了建立这种平衡的思路。
Abstract: The relationship between the crack resistance of concrete and the percentage by volume or the elastic modulus of aggregate is analyzed in both macroscale and microscale. The research results show that the increase of the percentage of aggregate by volume or the use of the aggregate with high elastic modulus may decrease the shrinkage deformation of concrete, but cannot rise the crack resistance of concrete. Both of the macrostress of dry shrinkage and the microstress of dry shrinkage are risen when the aggregate with high elastic modulus is used. The macrostress of dry shrinkage is transformed toward the microstress of dry shrinkage. To rise the crack resistance of concrete, it should pay attention to the balance between the macrostress of dry shrinkage and microstress of dry shrinkage, and the thinking establishing the balance is given too.
