摘 要:采用5倍海水浓度的人造海水对再生混凝土梁进行加速腐蚀,通过分层取样和化学分析方法测得腐蚀龄期分别为60d、120d、180d及240d时各再生混凝土试验梁的Cl-质量浓度,研究了海水侵蚀下再生混凝土梁中Cl-的扩散特性。结果表明:粉煤灰掺量为40%的C30与C40级再生混凝土梁与同强度等级的其它梁相比,均具有较强的抵抗Cl-渗透的能力;再生混凝土构件中表面自由Cl-浓度随腐蚀时间的延长而变高,两者满足幂函数的关系。
Abstract: Solution with the concentration five times higher than sea water was used as the corrosion media. Chloride ion mass fractions of recycled concrete beams at curing ages of 60d, 120d, 180d, and 240d were determined with the stratified sampling and chemical analysis methods. Chloride diffusive characteristics of the recycled concrete exposed to sea water were studied. The results indicate that C30 and C40 recycled concrete beams with 40% fly ash have higher the resistance of chloride permeability than those with 0,10%, 20% and 30% fly ash. Chloride ion mass fractions of surface increase with the increase of the exposure age, and a power function relationship between them is proposed.
