摘 要:利用非连续粒级骨料、水泥、矿物掺合料等普通原材料,掺入高性能减水剂制备了C30透水混凝土,并研究了骨料特性、水胶比、成型方式等因素对透水混凝土抗压强度、透水系数等性能的影响。结果表明:选用粒径为4.75~9.5mm粗骨料、P·O 42.5级水泥,控制水灰比0.30左右,掺入聚羧酸高效减水剂,可制得表观密度为1900kg/m3、透水系数大于1.5mm/s的C30透水混凝土。
Abstract:Pervious concrete was prepared by common raw materials of noncontinuous grade aggregate, cement, mineral admixture, and high performance water reducing agent. The influence of porosity, aggregate characteristics, mineral admixture content, and molding process on the compressive strength and permeability coefficient of pervious concrete is studied. The results show that when C30 pervious concrete with apparent density of 1900kg/m3 and the permeability coefficient of above 1.5mm/s is prepared by using P·O 42.5 cement, coarse aggregate with diameter 4.75~9.5mm, water-cement ratio of about 0.30 and adding a polycarboxylate superplasticizer.
