摘 要:研究了氯盐和硫酸盐在干湿循环以及冻融环境条件下,普通混凝土与耐腐蚀混凝土的抗盐侵蚀性能。试验结果表明,由于硫酸盐的存在,在侵蚀早期混凝土强度被提高,混凝土中氯离子的侵蚀浓度被降低;随着侵蚀龄期的延长,这种影响逐步降低,混凝土性能开始劣化,氯离子逐步向混凝土内部渗透。盐冻试验结果表明,相比于低温对混凝土氯离子扩散的抑制作用,冻融损伤对混凝土氯离子扩散的加速作用占主导地位。耐腐蚀混凝土显著提高了钢筋混凝土的抗盐侵蚀性能。
Abstract: The capability of resistance to salt eroding of normal concrete and anti-corrosion concrete in drying-watering cycle or freezing-thawing cycle is studied. The experimental results show that the strength of anti-corrosion concrete is improved and chloride ion concentration in concretes is reduced in the early stage because of sulfate. But the effects gradually reduce with increase of corrosion age. Due to the effect of physical chemistry of the sulfate, performance of concrete begins to degradation, the chloride ions gradually permeate inside the concrete. The chloride ion penetration performance of reinforced concrete is aggravated in freeze thawing environment. Compared with ordinary concrete, the chloride resistance of anti-corrosion concrete is improved remarkably.
