摘 要:采用原位聚合法在芯材与壁材质量比为1∶1、合成反应时间为2h、合成pH值为3的条件下合成了性能优良的微胶囊。考虑了固化剂用量、微胶囊掺量、修复温度、养护温度、养护龄期等因素对修复效果的影响。试验结果表明,固化剂用量、微胶囊掺量、微胶囊固化修复时的环境养护温度、养护龄期对微胶囊的修复效果有较大的影响。固化剂掺量不应超过微胶囊用量的60%,固化修复时基体温度越高,修复效果越好。试件成型后的养护条件对微胶囊修复效果影响较小,20℃、50℃、80℃养护条件下的修复率均在12%左右。
Abstract: The microcapsules were prepared by in-situ polymerization under the condition of core material, wall material with the quality ratio 1∶1, 2 hours reaction time and solution pH=3. Curing agent dosage, microcapsule dosage, temperature at the time of repair and curing temperature are considered for the self-healing effect of microcapsules. All of the factors except curing temperature significantly affect the self-healing effect. Reasonable use of curing agent is less than 60% of the microcapsule dosage. The repair effect is increased with the temperature at the time of repair. The impact of curing temperature is very small, with the same repair rate about 12% under the curing temperature of 20℃, 50℃ and 80℃.
