摘 要:为研究基体混凝土强度、配网率及纤维格栅表面处理方式对水泥混凝土抗弯性能的影响,对十组600mm×600mm×100mm的混凝土方板试件进行了抗弯性能试验,分析了试件破坏过程。结果表明,与基体强度C30相比,基体强度为C40时,水泥混凝土的抗弯强度提高了28.1%~32.5%;与素混凝土相比,铺设一层纤维格栅,使混凝土抗弯强度提高7.15%~11.05%,铺设两层格栅使混凝土抗弯强度提高12.8%~24.6%;铺设纤维格栅使混凝土的开裂荷载提高了1.25%~9.87%;格栅表面刷环氧树脂并黏砂处理后,能有效改善纤维束的整体受力性能,使混凝土的抗弯强度提高了3.1%~7.0%。
Abstract:In order to investigate the influence of concrete matrix strength, critical textile ratio and surface treatment methods of fiber grid on the flexural properties of cement concrete, ten groups of square concrete plates with dimensions of 600mm×600mm×100mm were tested through bending experiment, and the failure processes of the specimens were analyzed. The research result shows that compared with C30 concrete, the bending strength of C40 concrete is improved by 28.1% to 32.5%; compared with plain concrete, the bending strength of concrete with laying a layer of fiber grid can increase by 7.15% to 11.05%, and the bending strength of concrete with laying two layers fiber grid can increase by 12.8% to 24.6%. Because of laying fiber grid, the cracking load of concrete can increase by 1.25% to 9.87%. The fiber grid surface is treated with epoxy resin and sand, which can effectively improve the stress performance of the fiber bundle, and the bending strength of cement concrete is improved by 3.1% to 7.0%.
