摘 要:通过正交法对化学发泡镁水泥轻质泡沫混凝土影响因素进行了分析。结果表明,四个因素中磷酸对镁水泥混凝土强度影响最大,氯化镁用量对软化系数影响最明显。XRD分析表明样品中存在大量的5Mg(OH)2·MgCl2·8H2O(相5)和少量的Mg(OH)2,也有氯化镁相和氧化镁相。 SEM分析表明,生成的518相以纤维状形式存在,夹杂在片状Mg(OH)2之间。
Abstract: The influence factors of foamed magnesium cement lightweight foam concrete are analyzed by orthogonal method. The results show that the greatest effect on the strength of foam concrete is H3PO4 and the effect of magnesium chloride on the softening coefficient is the most obvious of the four factors. XRD analysis shows that a large number of 5Mg(OH)2-MgCl2-8H2O (phase 5) and a small amount of Mg(OH)2 exist in sample, the magnesium chloride phase and the Magnesium Oxide phase is observed. The 518 phase exists among Mg(OH)2 as the formation of the fiber form.
