再生骨料的化学强化对再生混凝土力学性能的影响

摘 要:再生骨料性能一般低于天然骨料,为了提高再生骨料的性能,本文研究了再生混凝土骨料的强化技术,探讨了再生骨料的化学强化技术对再生混凝土力学性能的影响。研究表明,再生骨料通过化学浆液强化后的性能可以得到一定的提升,其中采用硅藻土强化后延期成型的混凝土各项力学性能提升最为明显。在配制中低强度混凝土时可以采用再生骨料替代天然骨料,来获得更好的经济效益和社会环境效益。
Abstract: Generally, the performance of recycled aggregate is lower than that of natural aggregate, in order to improve the performance of recycled aggregate, the reinforcement technology of recycled concrete aggregate is studied, exploring different chemical slurry reinforced method to improve the performance of recycled aggregate.The results show that after reinforced by chemical slurry, the performance of recycled aggregate concrete has been significantly improved. After reinforced by diatomaceous earth chemical slurry, the enhanced mechanical properties of concrete shows the most obvious upgrade. When compound medium and low strength concrete, recycled aggregate can substitute natural aggregate, to get a better economic and environmental benefits.
