高温巷道新型隔热混凝土材料性能试验研究

摘 要:当前矿井开采深度日益增加,高温热害问题日益严重,本文基于一般喷射混凝土的要求,通过材料正交试验,掺加陶粒、玻化微珠和粉煤灰,研制出一种新型混凝土隔热材料,分析了陶粒、玻化微珠和粉煤灰掺量对于材料导热系数和力学性能的影响,论证了新型隔热材料作为矿井喷射混凝土的适用性和可行性。
Abstract: Nowadays, mine mining depth increasing, the high temperature hot becoming a growing problem, based on the general requirements of sprayed concrete, through the orthogonal test of materials, adding ceramsite, fly ash and glazed hollow bead, a new type of thermal insulation of concrete material is prepared. The influences of the dosage of ceramsite, glazed hollow bead and fly ash on coefficient of thermal conductivity and mechanical properties of the material are analyzed, which can demonstrate the applicability and feasibility of the new thermal insulation material as mine sprayed concrete.
