超高分子量聚乙烯纤维混凝土工作性及耐久性研究

摘 要:通过超高分子量聚乙烯纤维混凝土坍落度、离析度、氯离子渗透、抗冲磨试验,分析了纤维掺量和长度对混凝土工作性及耐久性的影响。结果表明,掺入超高分子量聚乙烯纤维后,混凝土流动性降低,但均匀性、抗渗性和抗冲磨性能提高较大,其中短纤维对性能改善最明显。相比无纤维素混凝土,短纤维掺量达到0.15%时,氯离子渗透等级降低一个数量级,而在0.2%时,抗冲磨强度提高约42%。
Abstract: The influences of fiber amount and length on workability and durability of concrete are analyzed through the test for slump value, segregation coefficient(SC), chloride permeability and abrasion resistance of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fiber concrete. The results show that the fluidity of concrete by adding UHMPE fiber decreases whereas its intrinsic homogeneity, impermeability and abrasion resistance performance increase greatly, especially the effect of short fiber on the properties is the most obvious. considerably. Comparing with ordinary concrete, short fiber content reaches 0.15%, the chloride ion penetration level reduce an order of magnitude, the impact strength increase about 42% when short fiber content reaches reaches 0.2%.
